Preparation

First, make sure you are ready to receive change in your life, then decide what you want to change. e.g. Improved health, supportive relationships, more energy, clearing pain.

Make yourself comfortable and focus on your breathing as you relax in the chair.

If communicating by phone or skype, find a quiet space, where you won’t be disturbed and light a candle in preparation for the session.

After the Session

It is also important to keep drinking water for hydration of the brain over the next few days to make sure everything is integrated.

Feel free to call or text Suzie, should you want to speak to her about anything.

You can be triggered on any level through words people may say to you, just remain unattached as the completion is taking place.

In the coming weeks or months, you will know when another layer of memory in the cell is ready to be released as it will create a physical problem.
